He has produced a total of 15 movies. Some of his produced movies are Terminal Force, DNA, Point Blank, The Patriot, The Survivor, and The Watcher. Nile’s last movie as a producer is Tart, released in 2001.

When Nile got some good returns from his producing work, he started making small condominiums and renovating homes to sell.
Initially, he flipped cheap homes, but after some time, he switched to ultra-high-end home development, and his flips became increasingly expensive.
His flipping career took a big leap in 2012 when he sold a home to the Winklevoss twins for $18 million. With this deal, he made a lot of money.

In 2016, he sold a mansion in Beverly Hills for $38.3 million. Moreover, in 2017, he sold a house to boxer Floyd Mayweather for $26 million.
Everything is going well for Nile, and he made a great amount of money through his previous deals. But one thing that doesn’t go right for him is his project, The One.
It is a 105,000-square-foot spec home in Bel Air dubbed and designed by Paul McClean. After eight years of work and several delays, the house got ready in 2021.
The house has nine bedrooms, a four-lane bowling alley, a cigar room, a multiplex-size movie theater, a private nightclub, five elevators, several pools, and a 10,000-bottle wine cellar.
For building, The One Nile borrowed $165 Million from various lenders. Initially, he listed the mansion for $500 Million. However, no buyers showed interest in it, so in March 2021, his company defaulted on US$165 million and later even filed for bankruptcy.
In July 2021, the property was placed in court-ordered receivership. In January 2022, The One was listed for sale at $295 million.
But no buyer came forward, so in March 2022, The One was sold at auction for $127 million. After this, it became one of the most expensive houses ever sold at an auction in the United States.
