In June 2013, she founded a non-profit organization Jaff Foundation for Education. At that time, the main aim of the foundation was to teach English to immigrants and refugees.

By 2016, the organization maintained its presence in all major states and had more than 7,000 active volunteers. Till now, the organization has benefitted more than 120,000 people.
