She was born on 20 March 1976 in Burke, Virginia. She was raised with her younger sister Amanda Doyle. Glennon completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at James Madison University in 1998.
In College, she was a member of the Sigma Kappa sorority, Delta Rho chapter. Later on, After completing her graduation, she became a teacher in Northern Virginia.
